Google Maps: Mapping the indoors

I recently discovered that Google Maps, one of the most useful mobile apps ever made, is experienting with indoor mapping, a logical next step. This could be perfect for airports, supermarkets and so on, and have great mash-up potential for games etc. I’d personally love to see an Ikea store map, as I cant stand the fact that they lay it out like a disorientating maze, even though Im sure it makes them a lot of revenue that way. This is the map they currently offer customers in store:
